Question 1

What is the difference between regulated and accredited aesthetics training?

Accepted Answer

Regulated qualifications are governed by Ofqual, the same body that regulates GCSEs and A-Levels, with portfolio assessment and external quality assurance. Accredited courses provide recognised certification but are not Ofqual regulated.

Question 2

Where are the regulated courses taught?

Accepted Answer

All regulated qualifications are taught at our flagship academy in Banstead, Surrey, in small groups of up to three students.

Question 3

Which regulated level should I start at?

Accepted Answer

Complete beginners can start at Level 2 or Level 3. Higher levels have entry requirements, listed on each course page. Message us and we will place you at the right starting point.

Question 4

How are the regulated qualifications assessed?

Accepted Answer

Through a portfolio of evidence including written assignments, practical observations, case studies and professional discussions, internally assessed and externally quality assured.
