Course fees are non-refundable. By booking, you agree to this policy. If you can't attend, please refer to our Rescheduling Policy for options to amend your course date(s).
Rescheduling Policy
• 14+ Working Days’ Notice
If you need to reschedule your training date(s), a £50 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Less Than 14 Working Days’ Notice
Rescheduling within this timeframe will incur a £100 rescheduling fee.
• Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice
Rescheduling within 72 hours of your course date will result in the loss of all course fees.
⚠️ Please note: This policy also applies if you fail to provide models for your training course, resulting in the training being unable to proceed and requiring rescheduling.
