ASSESSMENT & EVIDENCE
Learners will build a portfolio of evidence showcasing their performance in the workplace.
Evidence must demonstrate:

x2 Separate practicals monitoring 2 different assessors (each assessing two learners)

Effective planning, standardisation, and feedback practices

Legal, ethical, and inclusive practice in quality assurance
Assessment Methods Include:

Direct observation in the workplace

Professional discussions

Work products (QA reports, plans, records)

Reflective accounts

Witness testimonies
All evidence must be valid, authentic, sufficient, and generated in a real work setting.
